Missing Person Mediumship Course

If you have ever wanted to work on Missing Person Cases with law enforcement or the families of a missing loved one, this is the class for you!

This fast-paced, immersive course provides the foundational “nuts and bolts” for managing a case from start to finish, while expanding and growing your intuitive abilities. By the end of the class you will be able to:

• Successfully communicate with law enforcement using terminology and techniques that establish you as an educated and skilled partner.
• Understand the difference between the communication methods used for law enforcement vs a victim’s family.
• Work with the victim’s family using appropriate terminology and discernment regarding how the crime/incident is relayed to the family.
• Hone your intuitive gifts and use your strengths to receive accurate information that can help to resolve the case.
• Learn “tried and tested” techniques to obtain information directly from the missing person/victim.
• Understand how a pendulum or divining rods may be used in a case to potentially help locate a missing person or evidence.
• Maintain case records, document your findings, and create reports that are specifically written for either law enforcement or the family.
• Practice working on real cases!

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

The classes are led by psychic medium Tamara J. Scott, who brings over 20 years of  experience working on missing person cases alongside law enforcement agencies and families.  Her insights have helped to solve high-profile investigations, while providing comfort and spiritual support to loved ones. 

Tamara’s passion for solving mysteries and finding the truth started at a young age.  She was introduced to mysteries and Ellery Queen by her grandfather as a child, which led to Nancy Drew mysteries, then true crime.  She was taken to her first arson crime scene in middle school, and discovered and pointed out valuable forensic evidence, which eventually helped to convict the perpetrator.  In high school, she solved a “locked door” robbery of expensive electronic equipment from the band room.  The equipment was recovered and the perpetrators were prosecuted.

She was adopted as a baby, and always wanted to know the circumstances of her birth.  There was a driving need to know “the truth” of who she was, where she was from, and what happened.  Before the age of the internet, DNA testing, or even being able to access adoption records, Tamara searched for and found her birth parents at the age of 27.  The truth was revealed; mystery solved.   

Tamara’s ability to work empathically with families of murder victims comes from a tragic incident when she was a teenager.  Her aunt was murdered, and she knows, firsthand, the impact on the family when violent death occurs.

In addition, her 22-year-old childhood friend was kidnapped in broad daylight in Portland, Oregon and was never seen again.

Her life experiences have enabled her to walk in the footsteps of grieving families, partner with law enforcement personnel at all levels, and know what it is like to wonder, “What happened?” and “Where are they?”

This knowledge and experience is being passed on in the hopes of building empathetic, caring, and highly-skilled Mediums who will help to provide insights to help solve cases, become trusted partners with law enforcement, and comfort grieving families.

CLASS QUALIFICATIONS

The Missing Person Mediumship Class is suited for Intermediate and Advanced Evidential Mediums with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and/or training. (Attendees must be able to connect with individuals in the spirit world and provide evidential messages/images.)

By the time class begins, participants must also obtain and have basic working knowledge of divination tools (e.g., a pendulum or divining rods). You will need to be able to achieve accurate “yes” or “no” answers.

PLEASE NOTE: This class and the work that is done in Missing Person Mediumship is graphic and/or violent, and may deal with the themes of: murder, rape, kidnapping, torture, etc. If you are extremely sensitive and these themes may disturb you, please do not sign up for the class. If you are able to read murder mysteries, true crime, or watch police crime dramas, you should be fine with the class content and exercises.

CLASS MEETINGS

The class format will include:

•   Instructor-led knowledge on the day’s topic;

•   An activity (e.g., guided meditation, group participation, practicing a skill, preparing a report, etc.);

•   Handouts or tools (as required for each topic);

•   A 10-minute break and a 5-minute break;

•   Question and answer time; and,

•   Homework (as needed).

Homework may be assigned throughout the course and should be completed prior to the next class.

If you are unable to make the class at the posted date and time, it will be recorded and posted on the private Facebook page 24-hours after the class. The recorded class will be available for 14 days once it is posted.

In addition to the 2 1/2-hour class meetings, you will have private access to a dedicated Missing Person Mediumship Course Facebook group. This group will enable you to interact directly with Tamara and other class members. Please join this group as soon as possible after you receive your class enrollment confirmation. Details of how to join will be in your confirmation email.

CLASS TUITION

The Missing Person Mediumship Course includes eight 2.5-hour classes held via Zoom, access to the private Missing Person Mediumship Course Facebook group, as well as templates, tools, and techniques. The class tuition fee is $625.00 USD.  

IMPORTANT: Check your inbox right after you complete your course registration and purchase. You will receive a confirmation email, as well as a payment confirmation email.

Your confirmation email will include the course schedule, detailed instructions for joining the Facebook group, and the Zoom link and passcode for the classes.

*Classes are currently scheduled at the posted dates and times. However, in the unlikely event of an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., the loss of electricity or internet connection) the class may be rescheduled at a later time.

Attendees will be notified on the private Facebook page that the class date/time has been changed.

Enrollment in the class is final, and no refunds or cancellations are permitted once enrollment is complete.  Enrollment is non-transferable and may not be applied to future courses.

Participants are responsible for ensuring access to Zoom and a reliable internet connection.  Technical difficulties on the participant’s side do not qualify for refunds.

In the event of instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, classes may be rescheduled and participants will be notified through the private Facebook group.

All class materials, handouts, tools, presentations, training techniques, class recordings, videos, and exercises are proprietary and copyrighted material by Tamara J. Scott.  They may not be used, reproduced, shared, taught, re-posted, or sold to anyone for any reason.

All participants are expected to maintain confidentiality, be professional, and use respectful communication during classes and in the private Facebook group.

While working on, or discussing any missing person case featured in this course, all discussions, revelations, and insights are CONFIDENTIAL and may not under any circumstances be shared outside of the class, on social media, with the media/press, with law enforcement, or with family members or friends associated with the case. 

Access to the private Facebook group is only for official class participants.  The Zoom link and passcode are also only for official class participants.  All class recordings, materials, handouts, tools, presentations, recordings, training techniques, exercises or messages posted on the Facebook group page (or contained within the Zoom recordings) may not be used, reproduced, shared, taught, re-posted, or sold whole (or in parts) to anyone for any reason.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that course content may include graphic or violent themes related to real cases.

By enrolling, acknowledge that you have read the course policies overview (above) and the complete course polices and guidelines (below), and agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

COURSE POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

Commitment to clarity and respect: We want every student to feel supported, respected, and clear about expectations. These policies are here to protect both you and the instructor, ensuring a safe, fair, and professional learning environment. By joining, you agree to honor these guidelines so we can focus on learning together in a positive, productive space.

Agreement to policies: To ensure fairness, clarity, and a safe learning environment, please read and agree to the following policies.

Enrollment and payments
Final enrollment: Your registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. Enrollment is final—no refunds or cancellations once registration is complete.

Refund exception: If the instructor cancels the entire course, a refund will be issued.

Payment terms: Tuition must be paid in full using accepted methods before enrollment is confirmed. Payment plans are not available. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after enrollment constitutes a breach of policy and may result in removal without refund.

Currency and taxes: Payments are in USD. Students are responsible for any bank fees, currency exchange differences, and applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, etc.) in their jurisdiction.

Payment security disclaimer: Payments are processed through third party providers; the instructor is not liable for breaches on those platforms.

No partial refunds: Partial attendance or withdrawal does not entitle a student to partial refunds.

Late payment clause: Enrollment is void if payment is not received by the stated deadline.

Refund processing timeline: If a refund is due, it will be processed within 30 days.

Nontransferable: Enrollment cannot be transferred to another person or applied to future courses.

Minimum enrollment requirement: The course may be canceled or rescheduled if minimum enrollment numbers are not met.

Scheduling and attendance
Rescheduling and force majeure: If illness, technical outages, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, cyberattacks, or other events beyond control occur, classes may be rescheduled. Notices will be posted in the private Facebook group. The instructor is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by such events.

Attendance expectations: Live participation is strongly encouraged. Recordings are provided for review but cannot replace interactive learning.

No makeups across cohorts: Missed sessions cannot be made up in future course cohorts.

Instructor scheduling rights: The instructor reserves the right to adjust class times with reasonable notice.

Instructor substitution: The instructor may appoint a substitute instructor if necessary.

Course format changes: The instructor may adjust delivery format (e.g., live vs. recorded) if circumstances require.

Session length discretion: The instructor may shorten or extend sessions as needed.

Technology and recordings
Technology responsibility: You are responsible for having Zoom access and a reliable internet connection. Technical issues on your side do not qualify for refunds.

Student responsibility for updates: Students must keep Zoom and required software updated; outdated versions causing issues are their responsibility.

Device responsibility: Students must ensure their own devices meet minimum technical requirements.

Technology minimums: Students are expected to have a modern device, updated OS/browser, webcam and microphone, and stable broadband internet.

Recording access: Class recordings will be posted within 24 hours and available for 14 days. Recordings may not be downloaded, saved, or shared.

Media/recording consent: By enrolling, you consent to being recorded during live sessions. Recordings are shared only within the private course group. Small segments or screen captures of the class being taught by the instructor may be used for promotional or educational purposes, but the students will be blurred out for privacy.

Platform changes: The instructor reserves the right to change platforms (e.g., from Zoom to another provider) if needed.

Intellectual property in recordings: Recordings remain the property of the instructor and cannot be used for commercial, educational, or any other purposes outside the course.

No student recordings: Students may not record sessions themselves.

Third party platform disclaimer: The instructor is not responsible for outages or failures of Zoom, Facebook, or other platforms.

No liability for data loss: The instructor is not responsible for student data loss due to technical issues.

Materials and confidentiality
Course materials: All templates, tools, and techniques provided are proprietary and for personal use only. They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

Copyright notice: All course content is protected under copyright law.

Trademark notice: Any branded names/logos used remain property of their respective owners.

No commercial use: Students may not use course materials or recordings to create competing services, workshops, or trainings.

No reverse engineering: Students may not attempt to replicate or reverse engineer proprietary tools, templates, or methods.

Derivative works: Students may not create derivative courses, workshops, or training materials based on course content.

Intellectual property of student work: All work you create during the course remains yours but may not be shared publicly without permission.

Confidentiality: Case details and group discussions must remain confidential.

Survival of confidentiality: Confidentiality obligations continue after the course ends.

Confidentiality breach consequences: Breach of confidentiality may result in removal and potential legal action.

Conduct and community
Code of conduct: Respectful participation is required. Disruptive, disrespectful behavior, misuse of materials, harassment, discrimination, or breach of confidentiality may result in removal without refund.

Zero tolerance for hate speech: Hate speech or discriminatory language will result in immediate removal without refund.

Instructor’s discretion: The instructor reserves the right to remove participants at their discretion for violations, with no refund.

Instructor’s decision is final: Removal decisions cannot be appealed.

Digital etiquette: Students are expected to follow online etiquette (e.g., muting microphones, respectful chat use).

Nonsolicitation: The course community may not be used for solicitation, marketing, or promotion of outside services.

Compliance with laws: Students must comply with all applicable laws while participating.

No defamation: Students may not make defamatory statements about the instructor or other students in the course community.

Antipiracy: Sharing or selling course materials outside the group is prohibited.

Professional conduct: Students must maintain professional standards in communication and collaboration.

Legal and liability
Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to enroll.

Content disclaimer: Course content may include graphic or violent themes. By enrolling, you confirm you are emotionally prepared to engage with such material.

Health disclaimer: You are responsible for monitoring your own emotional wellbeing. The instructor is not liable for distress caused by course content.

Liability disclaimer: This course is educational only and does not certify you as law enforcement. No specific investigative outcomes or professional opportunities are guaranteed.

No warranties: The instructor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, accuracy, or applicability of course content.

Limitation of liability: Liability is limited to the amount of tuition paid and excludes consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the instructor from any claims, including third party claims, arising from misuse of course content.

Dispute resolution and governing law: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of California and resolved through mediation or through binding arbitration. Venue for arbitration/mediation is in Orange County, California, USA.

Waiver of jury trial: Students waive the right to a jury trial in disputes.

Attorney’s fees: In disputes, the prevailing party may recover attorney’s fees and costs.

Policy updates: The instructor may update these policies, with notice given to enrolled students.

Severability: If any part of these policies is unenforceable, the remaining provisions still apply.

Entire agreement: These policies constitute the full agreement between student and instructor, superseding prior communications.

Assignment: Students may not assign their enrollment or rights under this agreement to another party.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any policy does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Headings disclaimer: Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Governing language: This agreement is in English and governs even if translated.

Nonreliance: Students acknowledge they are not relying on promises outside this written agreement.

Independent contractor: The instructor is an independent contractor, not an employee of any student or organization.

No partnership/agency: Participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

Successors and assigns: This agreement binds successors and assigns of the student.

Safety and harassment policy
Immediate removal for misconduct: Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct of any kind will result in immediate removal without refund.

Reporting process: Misconduct should be reported directly to the instructor via email. Duty to report: Students must report harassment or misconduct immediately.

No retaliation: Students who report misconduct are protected from retaliation.
Investigation rights: The instructor reserves the right to investigate complaints before removal.

Confidential handling: Reports of misconduct will be handled confidentially.

Privacy and accessibility
Privacy notice: Participation requires use of third party platforms (Zoom, Facebook). Their privacy policies apply.

Data retention baseline: Enrollment data is retained only for the duration of the course
and required record keeping. Student data will not be sold or shared beyond required
platforms.

Data retention period: Enrollment data is retained for 12 months after course completion for recordkeeping.

Data storage location: Data may be stored on third party servers outside the student’s jurisdiction; international data transfers may occur.

Data accuracy: Students must provide accurate enrollment information; false information may result in removal.

Right to access/correct data: Students may request access to and correction of inaccurate personal data.

Data deletion requests: Students may request deletion of their data after course completion, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.

Third party data processing: Third party platforms process data under their own agreements and policies.

Accessibility requests: Contact the instructor before enrollment if you require accommodations (e.g., captions, transcripts).

Accommodation timeline: Requests for accommodations must be submitted prior to enrollment.

Accessibility disclaimer: Reasonable efforts will be made, but not all requests can be guaranteed; full ADA compliance may not be possible in all cases.

Communication
Communication protocol: All course inquiries must be directed to Tamara at mediumtamarascott@proton.me. Questions posted in the Facebook group will be answered within 72 hours.

Response time disclaimer: Inquiries are answered within 72 hours, though delays may occur during holidays or emergencies.

Official channels only: Only communications through designated channels (email/Facebook group) are considered official.

No reliance on informal statements: Verbal promises or informal comments are not binding; only written communications through official channels apply.

Notice delivery: Official notices (e.g., policy updates) will be delivered via email or posted in the course group.

Language of communication: All official communication will be in English.

Nonguarantee of certification/employment
No certification or employment guarantee: Completion of this course does not guarantee certification, employment, or professional recognition.

No guarantee of results: Outcomes, skills, or personal/professional benefits are not guaranteed.

Acknowledgment
Agreement to policies: By enrolling, you confirm you have read and agree to all class
policies.

Acceptance of updates: Continued participation after updates constitutes agreement to any provided and revised policy.

Binding agreement: Enrollment constitutes a legally binding agreement to these policies.

Electronic consent validity: Electronic acknowledgment is legally equivalent to a signed agreement and complies with applicable e-signature laws.

Survival of obligations: Confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability obligations survive course completion.

Modification clause: Policies may only be modified by the instructor in writing, with notice to students.
